Role Description

This is a full-time, off-site role for a Marketing Agent located in the City of Cape Town. The Marketing/Sales Agent will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with the Web Design team. Daily tasks will include managing marketing campaigns, training new team members, and generating leads to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
