We're looking for a Sales Training Officer who can transform sales capability across our retail and field teams—someone who understands that training isn't just about skills; it's about confidence, performance, and impact.

You'll work across multiple sites, engage diverse teams, and ensure every sales agent and cluster leader is equipped to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Your work will directly influence how thousands of customers access smartphones and financial services—many for the first time.
Your ImpactTraining Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct engaging training sessions for new and existing sales agents and cluster leaders across multiple locations.
- Deliver product knowledge and advanced sales techniques that boost performance.
- Use interactive methods—role-playing, digital tools, and real-world scenarios—to make learning stick.
Training Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and assessments.
- Track and report on training effectiveness and performance improvements.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and presentations aligned with M-KOPA standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Administrators and Regional Sales Managers to identify training needs.
- Align programmes with company sales objectives and strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Continuous Improvement
- Support development and implementation of new training initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep our sales training cutting-edge.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Business Administration, Training & Development, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in sales training, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with proven ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel across training sites within Pretoria and surrounding areas.
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is advantageous.
