We're building a Pipeline Warm-Up Team — a group of ambitious agents who will spend their first 30 days warming up leads before moving into full sales roles.

If you've done lead generation or cold calling and want a real career path into sales, this is your chance.

Your Role:

  • Call and warm up prospects already in our system.
  • Follow proven scripts and meet daily talk-time & upload goals.
  • Unlock your base pay and promotion opportunities by hitting clear performance milestones.

Earnings & Growth:

  • R3,000 base pay (unlocked by achieving 70 qualified uploads in your first 30 days).
  • Bonuses for top performers and consistent daily uploads.
  • Promotion into Sales Closer role once your target is met — with higher commissions and earnings potential.
  • Daily coaching and mentoring to get you sales-ready.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ months of call centre or lead generation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Consistent, competitive, and eager to learn sales.
  • Hungry for growth — you want to earn more and move up fast.
  • Must have a Matric certificate or an equivalent qualification.
  • No criminal record — background checks will be conducted.
