We're hiring an exceptional
Business Manager to the CEO

You'll be the strategic right-hand, integrator, and execution driver for our CEO. You'll be the central force turning big ideas into action, ensuring key projects are driven forward and the entire Ocean Basket business stays aligned.

Who You Are:

  • A Proven Operator:
    You have 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, consulting, or executive support, backed by a Bachelor's in Business/Management (an MBA is a big advantage).
  • A Strategic Integrator:
    You have strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and are tech-savvy (especially with AI tools). You know how to connect the dots and provide actionable insights.
  • A Master Communicator:
    You have high emotional intelligence, top-tier organisational skills, and are a natural team player. You remain calm under pressure, handle sensitive information with discretion, and are totally solutions-driven.
  • An Execution Expert:
    You have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from initial idea to successful completion.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Strategy & Efficiency :
    Support the CEO in executing key initiatives. You'll track performance, identify and remove bottlenecks, oversee CEO priorities, and provide the data-driven insights needed to make smart decisions.
  • Coordinate the Business :
    You'll be the engine for the executive team. This includes planning CEO & Exco meetings, managing reporting cadences, coordinating key events, and maintaining critical governance.
  • Manage Communications :
    Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and the wider business. You'll prepare critical updates, ensure clear alignment, and act as a key point of contact.
