Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Auto Champion Motors in Johannesburg. As a Salesperson, you will guide customers through the car-buying process by understanding their individual preferences and presenting tailored vehicle options. Daily tasks include assisting customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information on features and pricing, initiating and processing finance applications, and following up with prospects to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of dealership professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Sales expertise, including the ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively
  • Knowledge of automotive products and financing processes
  • Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple client interactions
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems is a plus
  • Previous sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry, is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or automotive fields are a bonus
