We're Hiring: Social Media Manager (Scheduling & Community Focus)

We're looking for a
highly organised Social Media Manager
to join our growing team.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media — but thrives on the
operational side
of things.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day posting schedules across multiple brand accounts
  • Ensure consistent publishing according to our content calendar
  • Handle
    community management
    — responding to messages, comments, and DMs with brand-appropriate tone and timing
  • Track engagement, performance metrics, and
    identify trends
    within our data
  • Report on content performance and audience insights to help guide future strategy
  • Collaborate closely with our
    content creation
    and
    strategy teams
    to ensure flawless execution

What You Won't Do

  • Create or design content (we already have a full content and creative team)
  • Develop strategy or campaign ideas — your focus will be on
    execution, consistency, and data insight

Requirements

  • Exceptionally organised and reliable
  • Comfortable using social media scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • Data-driven with an eye for engagement trends
  • A natural communicator who enjoys managing online communities
  • Detail-oriented with a love for analytics and smooth workflows
  • Know your way around Canva.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator will be a big bonus - but not essential.
