In this role, you will support clients by developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies, managing projects, and enhancing customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, analysing campaign performance, providing tailored marketing solutions, and contributing to sales strategies. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring seamless project execution are key components of the role.1. Campaign SupportWrite or proofread copy for social media posts, emails, and ads.Schedule and manage content through tools like Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or Buffer.Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure flawless campaign delivery.2. Market & Competitor ResearchResearch audiences, trends, and competitors to guide creative decisions.Build insights reports like "what's trending on TikTok for our niche."Help identify new opportunities for growth and campaign improvement.3. Data Tracking & ReportingMonitor performance metrics (CTR, conversions, ROAS, etc.) using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.Prepare clear, concise client reports that explain results in plain English.Spot what's working — and what can work better.4. Client Communication SupportJoin client meetings, take notes, and assist with presentation decks.Learn how to translate marketing results into real business value.5.
