Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Teacher role located in Centurion. The Senior Teacher will be responsible for designing lesson plans, delivering engaging educational sessions, and ensuring that all students enhance their academic understanding and performance. The role includes mentoring and training junior educators, fostering effective communication with students, parents and staff, and staying updated with innovative teaching methods to deliver high-quality education.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to develop sequenced instructional materials
  • Background in Education and Teaching, with hands-on experience in classroom management (preferred)
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Relevant teaching certifications or degrees, with a preference for a Bachelor or Master's degree in Education
  • Proven track record of outstanding student results (Matric & University)
  • Experience in Mathematics and Physical Science (Grades
    NON-NEGOTIABLE
