**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor of Education Qualification (Intermediate-Senior Phase)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Web browsers
- Familiarity with Class Dojo
- Proficiency in English (in both verbal and written communication)

**DUTIES**
- Plan and organise lessons, materials, activities, and assessments that align with Arrow’s Dynamic Learning principles.
- Be familiar with CAPS documents - including those of lower grades.
- Effectively promote learning through various questioning and discussion techniques.
- Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness while being able to adapt lessons to the situation at hand.
- Be able to keep accurate records and take responsibility for all resources and equipment in classes.
- Actively create an environment of respect and rapport.
- Foster a conducive learning environment by implementing Arrow’s values and behaviour management system.
- Provide feedback to the Department Head regarding learners' academics and behaviour.
- Inform parents about the learner’s performance.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to meet your professional goals and deliver on Arrow’s core principles.
- Research new language teaching methods and maintain high levels of academic achievement.
