We are seeking a dedicated Senior ECD Teacher for our pre-primary class for little learners. As the Senior ECD Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. Your responsibilities will encompass lesson planning, classroom management, and the overall well-being of the students under your care. You will work with a team of assistants, ensuring that our little learners receive a holistic and developmentally appropriate educational experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans within the framework of the British International Curriculum to promote early childhood development in areas such as literacy, numeracy, social skills, and creativity.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, exploration, and a love for learning.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers, and making necessary adjustments to instruction.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents or guardians, sharing information on student progress, events, and activities.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years childcare/teaching experience (preferred)
- Qualification in ECD (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Lives in Centurion or willing to relocate

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
