Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Resolutions Agent located in the City of Johannesburg. The Customer Resolutions Agent will be responsible for assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and achieving satisfaction. Daily tasks include delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a professional demeanor while handling sensitive issues and escalations. The role emphasizes excellent communication skills and commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Strong skills in Communication and the ability to enhance the Customer Experience
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset in resolving complaints
  • High-level organizational, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage
  • Familiarity with BPO or collections environments is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an added benefit
