We are seeking a qualified Cabin Designated Examiner (CDE) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining the highest levels of cabin safety and compliance.

As a CDE, you'll be responsible for conducting checks, assessments, and examinations to ensure crew competency and adherence to regulatory and company standards. You'll collaborate closely with training and operations teams to support the continuous development of cabin crew performance and uphold a culture of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct practical and theoretical assessments of cabin crew competence
  • Evaluate training quality and ensure compliance with CAA/ICAO requirements
  • Support the Cabin Crew Training department with standardization and quality assurance
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid Cabin Designated Examiner (CDE) certification
  • Valid Cabin Crew License
  • Min 5 years experience in legislative training of cabin crew and ground personnel
  • Strong background in cabin crew training, instruction, or operations
  • In-depth knowledge of aviation safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and assessment skills
