We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to promote and sell a range of premium waterproofing products across the Gauteng region.
Location: Gauteng
Head Office: Johannesburg
Work Setup: Office-based with daily travel to designated areas. The role may later focus on a primary territory based on individual performance and evolving business needs.
For the initial months, the position will be fully office-based. Once the candidate has established a client base, they will have the flexibility to travel independently and manage client relationships within their assigned territory.
Salary: R10 000 – R Commission based on performance
Additional: 3% commission on sales to existing clients
Benefits: Motor vehicle fuel allowance, company laptop, and cellular phone (voice and data included)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and structured territory planning.
5 store visits per day
2 follow-up calls or visits per day
2 new store visits per day
Represent the brand at expos and trade events to build awareness.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and provide technical consultations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners, contractors, and applicators.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Attend weekly sales meetings and submit activity reports.
Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience in the building trade or construction supply environment
Strong knowledge of waterproofing or construction products (advantageous)
Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
Must be able to break into the Gauteng market through proactive client engagement.
Training and onboarding will be provided.
Open to occasional overtime when required.

Bereik en oortref maandelikse verkoopsdoelwitte.
Woon weeklikse verkoopsvergaderings by en lewer aktiwiteitsverslae in.
Matriek (Graad 12)
Minimum van 5 jaar se bewese verkope-ervaring in die boubedryf of konstruksievoorsieningsomgewing
Sterk kennis van waterdigting of konstruksieprodukte ('n voordeel)
Bewese vaardigheid in "cold calling" en "lead generation"
Uitstekende kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede
Vaardigheid in CRM-sagteware en Microsoft Office
Betroubare eie voertuig en geldige bestuurderslisensie
