Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a Senior Sales Representative located in the City of Johannesburg. The role involves managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, acquiring and getting new customers across South Africa and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, presenting and promoting products, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Representative will work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, client management, and account development in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of luxury and fine fragrances, or related industries, is an asset
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet targets consistently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team to achieve sales goals
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English. Additional language skills are an advantage
  • Must be willing to travel and go-out to locate and showcase products to potential customers. Distance being across South Africa.
