Our current staff in Cape Town are handling insurance and assistance claims with high professional standards in an international office environment in various international projects in liaison with other Euro-Centers around the world.

Job details:

In this role, you will collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim. Analyse a claim made by a policyholder to establish whether it satisfies the policy conditions.

We are looking for a motivated, adaptable professional with strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, works well both independently and in teams, and demonstrates empathy, active listening, and customer focus. Key strengths include planning, organisation, commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Claims services
  • Replying to incoming email enquiries
  • Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical and travel insurance claims
  • Efficient "start to end" claims handling including data entry and invoice assessment
  • Provide friendly and outstanding customer service
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team

Job Requirements
:

  • Swedish speaker with professional fluency – level B2 or higher
  • Pro-active and perform well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training
  • Matric or higher
  • Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools
  • SA VISA secured already, ideally

Advantageous:

  • FSB registered
  • Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism
  • Previous work experience utilising Swedish Language skills (written and/or verbal)

Start date:
Candidates should be available to start immediately. The contract is expected to end on 30 April 2026.
