𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
Previous experience in a call centre, claims handling, insurance, or customer service environment is highly advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy.
Problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
