As a Sales Executive, you'll be out in the field, engaging directly with government employees to offer short-term insurance solutions that make a real difference. Key Responsibilities

* Represent Affinity Connect with professionalism and energy in face-to-face sales engagements

* Sell short-term insurance products to government employees (Persal-based clientele)

* Build trust and long-term relationships through authentic, values-driven conversations

* Attend field-based training and development sessions to sharpen your skills

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with confidence and consistency

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales outcomes

* Collaborate with team leaders and peers to share insights and celebrate wins
