ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sales Representative: Clinical Application Specialist
will be responsible for promoting and selling NIPRO products, including selected products from the Hospital product range to targeted customers within Western Cape and Eastern Cape regions as per the strategies of NIPRO Medical SA's Marketing and Sales teams.
R E S PO N SI B I L I T I ES:
- Promote Nipro products, provide quotations, manage customer contracts and provide after-sale service to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and task-related objectives within required standards and communicated deadlines.
- Develop own strategic plan by organising and manage client appointments, planned calls to achieve defined targets.
- Conduct continuous product and clinical application training for customers.
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of Healthcare Professionals, Renal Nurses, Clinical Technologists, Nephrologists, and Physicians in the Renal field.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports performance deliverables within communicated deadlines.
- Source, collect and analyse renal market data within both regions.
- Stay updated on the latest clinical practices and product developments to provide accurate and relevant training.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals, Renal Nurses, Clinical Technologists, Nephrologists, Physicians in the Renal field, Buyers, and Buying groups.
- Build and maintain Key Opinion Leader Relationships.
E D U C A T I O N, CERTIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the medical field.
• Clinical Technologist Nephrology or Diploma in Nephrology Nursing.
• 2 – 3 years Sales Experience in the relevant field
• Two years' selling experience in the renal industry working on dialysis machines and RO systems will be advantageous.
