What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the design guild, ensuring work is delivered on time and aligned to sprint objectives.
  • Remove blockers, provide direction, and support seamless design operations.
  • Own the intake, prioritisation, and allocation of design work—negotiating scope and expectations with key client stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience designing
    consumer-facing native mobile apps

  • Experience in
    airline

    e-commerce ecosystems
