Description:

  • Build and grow key relationships with executives in the
    Banking and Insurance sectors.
  • Develop and execute account plans to
    drive growth across Huawei's ICT portfolio.
  • Work closely with technical teams to align customer needs with solution capabilities.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to closure.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
  • Partner with marketing, channel and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • +10 years experience in ICT sales or account management within
    Banking / FSI
    .
  • Proven success engaging with
    major banks
    and understanding their technology environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience selling IT infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation solutions
  • Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT or similar
