We are seeking a highly skilled, confidential, and proactive Executive Associate. This is not just a scheduling job—it's an opportunity to become the executive's trusted right hand and strategic partner.

Who You Are:

  • An Exceptional Proactive Problem-Solver: You anticipate needs before they're articulated and troubleshoot issues with discretion and speed.
  • Hyper-Organized and Detail-Oriented: Your calendaring, travel logistics, and document management are flawless.
  • A Master Communicator: You interact professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with executive-level productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and capable of managing various digital tools and interfaces.
  • Unflappable Under Pressure: You handle ambiguity and sudden changes in priority with grace and composure.

What You'll Do:

  • Executive Management: Take full ownership of the executive's professional calendar, email, and meeting preparation, ensuring they are always on time and fully briefed.
  • Complex Travel Planning: Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and necessary documentation.
  • Confidential Support: Handle sensitive correspondence with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
  • Project and Task Tracking: Monitor key deliverables and follow up on behalf of the executive to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Culture Ambassador: Act as a professional, warm, and effective representative of the executive's office.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a Senior Executive
  • Proven track record as an Executive Associate for
  • Ability to be highly responsive and flexible to demanding schedules.
