Main Responsibilities

• Manage Personal and Commercial Lines Underwriting with confidence.

• Handle claims efficiently while ensuring excellent client care.

• Process policy amendments, renewals, and distribute policy documents.

• Quote, underwrite, and issue new policies quickly and accurately.

• Take ownership of office administration and client communication.

Minimum Requirements

• RE5 Qualification and Matric

• FSCA Registration (Short-Term Personal & Commercial Lines – intermediary services without supervision).

• 5+ years' experience in underwriting and claims handling.

• Strong administration and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

• Computer literacy: MS Office, @work, quoting programmes.

• Own reliable transport.

• Stel kwotasies op, onderteken en reik nuwe polisse betyds en akkuraat uit.

• Neem verantwoordelikheid vir kantooradministrasie en kliëntekommunikasie.

Minimum Vereistes

• RE5 Kwalifikasie en Matriek

• FSCA Registrasie (Korttermyn Persoonlik & Kommersieel – tussenganger dienste sonder toesig).

• 5+ jaar ervaring in onderskrywing en eise hantering.

• Uitstekende administrasie- en tydsbestuurvaardighede.

• Goeie skriftelike en verbale kommunikasievaardighede.

• Rekenaarvaardigheid: MS Office, @work en kwotasieprogramme.

• Betroubare eie vervoer.
