Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Dutch
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining an organized electronic filing system
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills when challenges arise
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in Dutch, ensuring timely responses and top-notch service
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance efficiency and workflow processes

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of working both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with various administrative software tools
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively when working remotely
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a home-office setting
  • Open to embracing the unique lifestyle and opportunities that come with working remotely from Cape Town
  • Able to attend a 3-month fully paid training in Greece when starting the role
