  • We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and highly experienced Outward-Bound Sales Consultant to join our Gauteng team. This is a full-time, field-based position where the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the HVAC industry, developing their own and new clients, as well as selecting, quoting, selling, and promoting Airco's full range of HVAC products throughout the Gauteng region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, developers, and end-users.
  • Promote and sell Airco's full range of HVAC equipment.
  • Prepare quotations, equipment selections, arrange logistics and sale solutions.
  • Completing of tenders. follow up on quotes and closing of deals
  • Drive sales growth and meet sales targets within the region.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of call list, client interactions and opportunities within the market
  • Maintain up to date database of existing and new clients, visiting clients in 4–6-week cycle and detailed reporting on meetings with clients
  • Presenting Airco range to clients, developers and consulting engineers
  • Weekly reporting to National Sales manager in quotes, sales, meetings, clients' requirements and new projects

Requirements

  1. Matric / High School Diploma (minimum).
  2. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the HVAC industry.
  3. Proven sales track record with measurable results.
  4. References: Minimum of 10 client references, including sales figures and project references.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Office Suite.
  6. Ability to select and specify HVAC equipment confidently
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
  8. Must have own reliable transport, laptop, and cell phone.
  9. Professional presentation and a self-driven, target-oriented approach
