Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides Administrative Support to Marketing and Branding team leads and manages certain administrative functions for the department
- Coordinate and execute Internal Communications
- Research, gather and co-ordinate suitable content for the Content Plan Assist the Marketing Lead with the writing of articles and the production of video footage.
- Maintain and update online marketing and social media platforms, engage with communities, compile reports and make recommendations on improvements
- Assist with the development and management of marketing material
Minimum Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
- Experience in video production.
- Experience in writing for Social Media.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and its Styles; PPT and Excel.
- Proficient in Canva.
- Proficient in managing Social Media accounts and extracting and analysing reports.
- Good communication, able to develop and deliver clear briefs to agencies.
- Disciplined and structured to follow through and execute monthly administrative responsibilities.
- Organisational and project management skills to plan and execute events.
