We are looking for lead generation contact consultants to generate leads for our clients who are leading financial services brands in the Insurance sector. Therefore your communication skill is essential for the role.
What Does a Financial services Leads Generator Do?
A leads generator is a person who speaks to a potential client, generates interest and passes the lead through to one of our clients. This is the marketing of products and not sales. A lead generator provides a valuable service in enhancing and protecting people's lives.
Responsibilities
- Speak to potential clients and generates interest;
- Ensure that the person qualifies for the product offered;
- Updates the system with the call outcome;
- Update information as may be required from time to time;
- Ensure that the quality of the lead meets the company standard;
- Uphold the company policies and procedures;
- Live our core values
- Protect the company, our clients and the brand at all times
- Apply exceptional time management skills
- Ensure that client brand values are upheld through all interactions with relevant consumers
Requirements
- Great communication skills;
- Open to learning;
- Excellent time management;
- Performance and target driven;
- Capable of handling pressure;
- Positive attitude;
- Have self - disciplined and self-belief.
- Matric or equivalent
- English Speaking
- At least 6 months experience as a call center agent
