Provide technical support to Production by developing and setting up production processes, implementing new processes, and resolving production-related issues that may hinder the achievement of quality standards and production targets.

Continuously identify and drive improvement opportunities to enhance process robustness, productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between Production and supporting departments to ensure station readiness for major projects and minor process improvements.
  • Participate in improvement workshops and assist with the implementation of ergonomic and standardized work processes.
  • Analyze Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and implement changes while maintaining production line process standards.
  • Participate in Pre-Series buildability discussions and assist with resolving buildability issues.
  • Collaborate with supporting departments on problem analysis, corrective actions, and implementation of standardized processes.
  • Conduct vehicle and sectional audits in preparation for internal/external audits by Konzern or certification bodies.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, including updating and creating process documentation where required.
  • Ensure accuracy of FIS data reporting and coordinate the setup of new reports to improve process management.
Qualification Requirements
  • Relevant National Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
Experience Required
  • 3–5 years' relevant experience in production processes or a production/manufacturing environment.
Essential Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of production quality and production management.
  • In-depth understanding of vehicle builds processes (Assembly and EOL experience advantageous).
  • Knowledge of audit processes and audit preparation.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Good understanding of ISO Quality Management Systems and document control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficient computer literacy (Windows, MS Office).
  • Understanding of time studies and their impact on production.
  • Ability to track expendable tool costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHSE) standards.

  • CAD / MicroStation proficiency.
  • Strong technical analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to speak and read German.
  • Systems literacy in SAP, HyperKVS, AVON, AP, and FISeQs.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of production processes.
