We're Hiring: PR & Influencer Account Manager

Are you plugged into culture, obsessed with what's trending, and passionate about creating work that lives both online and on the ground? Our agency is looking for a PR & Influencer Account Manager to join our fast-paced, creative, and culturally connected team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns that amplify our activations and drive real engagement.
  • Write sharp, strategic briefs for influencers, creators, and internal creative teams.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage usage rights, fees, and deliverables across talent and creator partnerships.
  • Develop PR angles and narratives that support campaigns, events, and brand moments.
  • Create influencer and PR strategies that have viral potential, grounded in a deep understanding of platform behaviour.
  • Monitor and ensure influencer performance targets, including:
  • TikTok engagement rate: 15%
  • Instagram engagement rate: 10%
  • Work closely with the activations teams to ensure seamless integration of influencers into events, pop-ups, roadshows, and on-the-ground moments.
  • Stay deeply connected to local culture, youth insights, trends, subcultures, and what's happening in real time.
  • Bring both strategy and creativity to every brief, idea, and execution.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, digital content, or activations.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator economy, and what drives engagement.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to craft compelling briefs and PR messaging.
  • Confident in negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and maintaining strong influencer relations.
  • Able to think both strategically and creatively, with smart instincts for what will resonate online and on the ground.
  • Culturally aware, trend-conscious, and in tune with what moves audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced activations environment with tight timelines.
