Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define role requirements.
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates (e.g. advertising, networking, referrals, and social media outreach).
  • Proactively identify, engage, and build pipelines of talent across multiple functions.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organisational culture.
  • Manage interview processes, providing guidance and support to both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process through to successful placement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to hiring managers on talent availability and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar HR/talent function.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines.
  • Sound judgement and consultative approach to recruitment.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
