The role
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report to the Managing Director and lead the people agenda for the global agency. You will ensure alignment with strategic group people projects while constantly evolving our practices for efficiency and effectiveness. You will be an ambassador for our culture, ensuring our employee value proposition is reflected across all touchpoints.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively attracting candidates via direct recruitment channels and managing our presence on LinkedIn and our website
  • Promoting and managing the applicant tracking system while ensuring candidate data remains compliant
  • Consulting with line managers on resource needs and training them to deliver consistent, legally compliant recruitment
  • Ensuring successful onboarding experiences and measuring satisfaction rates for both new employees and hiring managers
  • Monitoring market trends in benefits and salary benchmarking to aid in employee retention
  • Developing relationships with diverse talent sources

What We're Looking For

  • Working knowledge of current recruitment practices, including branding, advertising, interviewing, and offers
  • Experience managing acquisition tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent yourself and the business well
  • Strong administrative organization and the ability to meet set deadlines while working independently
  • A positive and approachable attitude with a flexible approach to a fast-moving environment
  • Up-to-date employment law knowledge required for talent acquisition
