• Google advertising (your specialty)
• Strategic funnel building

YOU MUST BE:

You will be the perfect candidate if you have:

• Google Advertising Experience: Minimum 2 years experience managing search, display, and video campaigns with proven success in lead generation.

• Numbers-Focused Analysis: You must be exceptionally strong with data analysis, understanding how to interpret metrics and make strategic decisions based on performance data.

• Client Communication Skills: You need excellent communication skills to speak directly with clients, explain campaign performance, and build confidence in our strategies.

• Team Leadership Abilities: You'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of PPC specialists, requiring proven management experience.

• Results Delivery Focus: Consistently hit or exceed client KPIs and demonstrate the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• All aspects of Google Ads and YouTube Ads – launching, reporting, optimizing, and scaling in line with client KPIs

• Media buying across our 35+ clients (and growing)

• Client communication on daily operations, onboarding, and monthly strategy calls

• Account optimization with a strong command of performance metrics

• Leading the PPC team to hit and exceed targets

THE POSITION PACKAGE:

• Salary Range: R20,000 – R45,000 per month (experience dependent)
• Work Hours: 8am – 5pm
• Location: Primarily remote with in-person team meetups in Dainfern, Fourways (minimum twice monthly)
