We're Hiring: Data Delivery Specialist

Location:
Onsite – Paulshof, Sandton

Duration:
3–6 months (Contract, with possible extension)

We are seeking a skilled
Data Delivery Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, validating, and packaging high-quality digital twin models in alignment with client specifications. Working within a detail-oriented environment, you will ensure data accuracy, perform quality assurance checks, and support continuous improvement initiatives for internal tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company portals and Reality CAD software to:
  • Package digital twins for delivery
  • Scale and annotate models based on customer requirements
  • Package towers, apply accurate measurements, and add enclosures around inventory
  • Validate model scaling using known dimensions to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify and document discrepancies between customer specifications and digital twin data.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) and peer review of packaged digital twins.
  • Provide feedback to enhance internal tools, workflows, and data delivery processes.
  • Support
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    for new feature releases.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings of towers prior to packaging.
  • Conduct photo analysis when required.
  • Utilize
    Bentley's Context Capture
    (training provided) for digital twin processing.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proficient in CAD software, preferably
    Blender
    or
    Google SketchUp
    .
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable computer and strong internet connection required.
  • Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with 3D concepts.
  • Experience in 3D modeling or gaming design is an advantage.

Education & Experience:

  • High school equivalent or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using CAD-based systems preferred.
  • Prior exposure to data validation, 3D modeling, or digital design environments is beneficial.
