What You Will Build and Run

Together first, then independently

1. Delivery Engine and Campaign Execution

You will co-design and manage:

  • Prospecting workflows
  • Messaging workflows
  • Campaign launch processes
  • Follow-up systems
  • Inbox and response management
  • Reporting and QA

Your fingerprints will be on every part of the delivery machine.

2. Operational Systems and Structure

You will help further architect the operational backbone:

  • ClickUp workspace including Growth CRM, Delivery and Campaign Cycles
  • SOPs, playbooks and frameworks
  • Automation flows
  • Dashboards and performance tracking
  • Tooling ecosystem including Sales Navigator, Lemlist and Notion

3. Client Success and Account Outcomes

You will become the trusted point of contact who:

  • Ensures every client gets clarity and communication
  • Drives ROI through consistent optimisation
  • Troubleshoots issues before clients notice
  • Manages expectations and guides strategy

4. Future Leadership and Scaling Potential

You will not step into a large team on day one.

But you will be expected to show the qualities of someone who can build and lead one as we scale.

Over time, you will help shape and grow a delivery team that may include SDRs, VAs, interns, and specialised contractors.

Your decisions and standards will set the foundation for how that future team operates.

Commercials and Practical Details
Start Date

Early 2026, with flexibility for the right person.

Compensation

This is a hands-on operational role with growing responsibility.

R25k to R35k, with performance-based upside.

Location

Cape Town preferred. Remote-first.
