Working Hours: 6AM - 2PM EST (Mon - Fri) 

Salary Range: $1700 - $2000 base USD ($) per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and depends on the candidate's interview result, skills, and experience.)

About the Company:

The Company is a leadership accelerator and community built exclusively for VP and C-level leaders in private equity-backed companies. It exists because private equity is a pressure cooker: the expectations are high, the timelines are short, and most executives crave support. So we built this program to help them do three things:

Connect. The leaders in this program build deep relationships with a curated group of executives in their cohort who become trusted allies in their leadership journey.

Learn. They learn practical leadership skills and tools through workshops, simulations, coaching, and real-world application.

Lead. They learn to step up to lead themselves, their teams, and their companies with clarity, confidence, and discipline. They walk out better equipped to communicate with boards, make hard decisions, and drive value creation in their companies.

As a key part of the Company's team, you aren't just marketing and coordinating a program. You're helping build more confident, capable, head-and-heart leaders of companies backed by some of the world's most ambitious investors. You get rare exposure to senior executives, and a front-row seat to how to help them grow.

You'll operate with autonomy, responsibility, and room to stretch.

What You'll Do:

Your responsibilities fall into three core areas:

1. Program Leadership & Coordination (appx 40%). You will run the operational engine of Ascend.

Own all participant communications, logistics, and scheduling.Ensure every cohort runs smoothly, on time, and with a polished participant experience.Maintain our CRM, systems, and workflow with precision.Coordinate across the team to keep execution tight.Continuously refine and improve program systems and SOPs.

2. Growth & Content Marketing (appx 40%). You will help amplify our brand, and grow our program.

Take our extensive base of content and repurpose it into marketing content of all typesUse LinkedIn, Canva, Airtable, Descript, and our custom GPTs to ship marketing content consistently.Support the full content engine for both the Company and the co-Owner's broader PE advisory work.Experiment with creative tactics to grow demand and visibility.Strengthen our brand voice and help scale how we show up in the market.

3. Special Projects & General Support (appx 20%). You'll jump in wherever the business needs help.

Research, coordinate, troubleshoot, and execute.Support the Owner's broader PE-focused advisory work.Bring the "figure it out" energy across whatever comes up.

You're independently running all executional aspects of Ascend.Every participant touchpoint is on time, organized, and high-quality.You manage up proactively—keeping Dan and Grift aligned and on track.Our content engine is more consistent, strategic, and effective because of you.You've built systems that tightened operations and removed friction.You've brought new marketing ideas to life and expanded the program's reach.You've become the person we trust to get things done without oversight.
