We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who is much more than a declarative builder—you are a full-stack software engineer with deep Salesforce expertise. In this role with our client, you'll architect and deliver complex, custom solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, while also contributing to our broader technology stack.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom Salesforce solutions that go far beyond standard configuration
  • Build sophisticated Lightning Web Components (LWC) with advanced UI/UX
  • Write and optimize Apex code, triggers, and batch/queueable jobs
  • Design and implement system integrations (REST APIs, external objects, OData)
  • Contribute to DevOps processes: CI/CD pipelines, AWS CodeBuild, shell scripting
  • Collaborate on cross-platform development (bonus: Flutter)
  • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and deliver scalable, maintainable code

Requirements:

  • A software engineering mindset – you think like a full-stack developer, not just an admin
  • Proven ability to design custom, scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Strong skills in:
  • Lightning Framework & LWC (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Apex development
  • Salesforce platform features (record pages, permissions, integrations)
  • Full-stack development (REST APIs, TypeScript, Oracle SQL, SAP HANA)
  • Cloud & DevOps (AWS services, CI/CD, automation)
  • Bonus: Flutter or experience in R&D projects
  • Certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer I or App Builder are a plus, but deep hands-on ability matters most.
