Hire Resolve's Client is currently hiring an Accounting Senior to join their team in Cape Town. Our client is a mid-size accounting and audit firm based in Cape Town. As an Accounting Senior, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and providing financial advice to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong accounting skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
  • Manage and reconcile bank accounts
  • Provide financial advice and support to clients
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Train and mentor junior accountants
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • SAICA Articles completed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CA(SA) qualification is preferred
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
