Key Function:

Actively lead your store to greater achievement and accomplishment through inspiring leadership whilst being an always-present leader responsible for the full operation of your store including but not limited to;

Creating an A Class customer experience with every customer, every time, delivering the highest level of store presentation and standards, and coaching each team member to exceed the Brand KPI's

Sales and Results Management:

Customer Experience

·      Creating inspiring A Class Customer Experiences with every customer and setting the service standard for your store

·      Ensure all team members are fully trained in, and are creating an A Class experience with every customer using the Customer Connect Program as a coaching tool every day

·

Constantly identify areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience within your store

·

Coaching your teams to handle customer objections to guarantee complete customer satisfaction for every customer enquiry

·

Conduct A Class Inductions for every new Team Member

Financial

·      Ensure all Team Members are aware of each Brand KPI and how to achieve the benchmark being; Sales, Wages, Shrinkage, conversion and Cash Variance.

·      Ensure all sales budgets are being tracked on a daily basis through the in-store reporting platforms 

·      Manage monthly planning and ensure each shift is allocated and the stores productivity is not compromised

·      Ensure internal and external security procedures are maintained and full compliance is delivered

·

Driving conversion with each team member to increase stores revenue

·

Manage all cash discrepancies within your store ensuring each case is resolved in a timely manner

People Management Responsibilities:

Training and Development

·      Actively coaching your Team Members on every shift creating a culture of learning and development within your store

·      Hold regular and effective start of shift meetings for each team member with a motivating message and a focus on learning 

·      Facilitate Quarterly Team Meetings communicating openly and with inspiration

·

Undertake performance appraisals of your Team Members and ensure implementation of performance plans are set

·

To ensure performance discussions are undertaken when necessary with the support of your Brand and all procedures of performance management are adhered to

·

To participate in any training courses, workshops and meetings that may be held in or out of trading hours

Recruitment and Induction

·      Undertake and participate in recruitment of all Casual Team Members for your store through the guidance of your Brand

·      Ensure you have recruited the required amount of casuals to cover all rostered shifts including leave cover at all times

·      Being a proactive recruiter by conducting regular interviews to build the pipeline of potential candidates 

·      To conduct detailed induction training for all new employees in line with the Brand expectation

·

Induction program

People Management KPI's:

·      Team Member retention and vacancies

·      Completion of Quarterly Store Performance Reviews

·      Consistency in all store communication and training

Operations Management Responsibilities:

Product and Store Standards

·      Ensure the daily and weekly Visual Merchandising directives are actioned in a timely and efficient manner

·      Conduct monthly and promotional store change over nights when directed

·

Ensure all product deliveries are received, unpacked and merchandised in a timely and efficient manner and any missing cartons are escalated to your Brand

·      Coordinate daily replenishment of all products

·

Complete the daily store housekeeping to ensure all store standards are meet

Administration

·      Ensure all Monthly payroll is complete and signed off by the specified deadline

·      Ensure punctuality and accuracy of monthly store paperwork to Head Office

·

Keep all email requests up to date on a daily and weekly basis

·

Ensure all customer enquiries are followed through in a timely manner creating an A Class experience every time

·

Manage the weekly stationary levels to ensure all items are stocked at all times 

Store Manager Support Expectations

As the Key Function of a Store Manager is to be a support to your store there will be times where support is needed outside of the regular working roster, this includes but is not limited to;

·      In the event you do not have adequate staffing and this is hindering the opening of a store you will be required to work to ensure its operation

·

The store must be presented in a manner fit for customers to shop; in the event a store is not meeting this standard it is an expectation that you allow yourself to be available to support the store team to deliver this standard

·

During seasonal peak trade periods you will be required to support your stores on their busiest days and this may result in a roster change.

·      Opening new stores for the business will result in extended shifts to ensure the store opening date is meet

In presenting an image that corresponds with our professional and fashion forward business approach you will be required to present in professional smart-casual and fashionable clothing as outlined in your seasonal uniform guide and always accessorised in Brand accessories
