You will:

  • Own all paid acquisition across Meta and Google
  • Handle strategy, build campaigns, and optimise for clear targets
  • Work directly with the founder
  • Avoid middle managers, endless meetings, and heavy processes
  • Be expected to think and execute, not just press buttons

What you will do

  • Plan and execute Meta and Google campaigns for lead generation
  • Manage budgets daily and optimise for cost per consultation
  • Write clear, high converting ad copy
  • Suggest landing page improvements with a CRO mindset
  • Collaborate with our Patient Booking Specialist to improve lead quality
  • Analyse and report performance weekly
  • Set up tracking across Meta, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Launch fast, test fast, and iterate based on data
  • Take full ownership of performance
  • Bring ideas and improvements without waiting for permission

Requirements

  • Proven track record running Meta and Google ads for service businesses
  • Strong English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of retargeting, attribution, and tracking
  • Lead generation experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Nice to have

  • Experience with dental, medical, or other high ticket services
  • Conversion rate optimisation skills
  • Zapier or other automation tools experience
  • Ability to give direction on creatives or ad visuals
