Overview:

We're looking for a creative and reliable Graphics, Social Media & Content Manager to help shape our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves designing visual content, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content for external audiences. You'll play a key role in communicating our message, celebrating team culture, and growing our online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and distribute visually appealing email campaigns and internal announcements
  • Create and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Highlight team achievements (e.g. Employee of the Month) and support recognition campaigns
  • Develop branded graphics and marketing visuals for public-facing materials
  • Contribute to content planning and execution to support awareness, engagement, and growth
What You'll Need:
  • Strong design sense and experience creating content for digital platforms
  • Ability to write clear, engaging captions and messaging for external audiences
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms
  • Experience with basic social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently
Bonus If You Have:
  • Video editing or short-form content creation skills
  • Experience managing a brand or business account on multiple platforms
  • Familiarity with performance tracking (engagement rates, post reach, etc.)
