Role Description

This is a full time position. Applicants must be available full time. Work is fully remote.

Experience in the promotional products industry is a MUST

 is a progressive leader in the promotional products marketplace. We are looking for an individual to join our team and help with the growing promotional products side of the business and be responsible for a variety of tasks.

The mission for the Production Assistant is to source and deliver products our clients are looking to buy for their companies to use.

Your job is to use online tools such as SAGE Online, research suppliers websites, get back to client inquiries, process orders and ensure every order placed by our clients is delivered on time, as ordered, every time by being detail oriented and proactive. We have had 100% on-time order delivery for more than 5 years, and we are determined to continue that record forward.To apply please mention the word pam on top of the application. Basic skills/competencies required (Must):


• Experience in the promotional products industry, either direct or as part of a BPO company (not just buying products or using products for your company)


• Experience with SAGE Online, or ESP web tools.

  • Ability to work on a regular day-day basis during Eastern time zone.
