MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • National Diploma/Certificate in Administration or related field(advantageous)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or supportive role
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word),
  • Experience in data capturing and working with reporting tools.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA

  • Ensure showroom stock orders are placed accurately and timeously.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock proactively.
  • Vet grocery and supplier orders for appropriateness and flag potential misuse.
  • Review and submit weekly/monthly reports with accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete assigned projects within deadlines and with minimal supervision.
  • Identify, streamline and implement improvements on administrative processes to boost efficiency.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with branches.
  • Ensure timely follow-through on all assigned tasks.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating branch events and initiatives
