MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- National Diploma/Certificate in Administration or related field(advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or supportive role
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word),
- Experience in data capturing and working with reporting tools.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA
- Ensure showroom stock orders are placed accurately and timeously.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock proactively.
- Vet grocery and supplier orders for appropriateness and flag potential misuse.
- Review and submit weekly/monthly reports with accuracy and completeness.
- Complete assigned projects within deadlines and with minimal supervision.
- Identify, streamline and implement improvements on administrative processes to boost efficiency.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with branches.
- Ensure timely follow-through on all assigned tasks.
- Assist in planning and coordinating branch events and initiatives
