What you will be doing:
  • Oversee, manage, and deliver multiple client projects, ensuring client satisfaction by driving timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Regularly communicate with internal teams and senior client stakeholders, preparing key project documents and ensuring alignment on goals, risks, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with various teams (Product Consultants, Designers, QAs) to ensure seamless project execution, resolve blockers, and mitigate risks.
  • Plan and allocate resources efficiently, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
  • Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements for project delivery practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Identify potential risks or blockers early and devise proactive mitigation plans to avoid delays.
What our client is looking for:
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High emotional intelligence, emphasizing transparency, empathy, and team collaboration.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in client-facing project management with a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of digital, SaaS, and cloud-based technologies, ideally in asset management or financial services.
  • Experience with traditional project management methodologies for large and complex projects.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
  • Experience in Asset & Wealth Management, especially in Marketing, Digital, Distribution, or Client Reporting is a plus.
  • Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or Agile certifications are a plus.
