The
SushiBox Group
(SushiBox, NoodleBox & Poke Có stores) is looking for a reliable, skilled, and hands-on
Maintenance Technician
to join our Operations Team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and keeping multiple shop locations running smoothly and safely.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct maintenance audits across our shop network
  • Identify required repairs and prepare materials/tools for upcoming jobs
  • Perform maintenance work daily between
  • Repair general issues including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and store fixtures
  • Maintain and repair all furniture (sanding, oiling, tightening, touch-ups)
  • Complete painting jobs when needed
  • Submit daily maintenance reports with photos to the Operations Manager

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in general maintenance or a related trade
  • Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry & painting
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
  • Well-organized and able to work independently
  • Reliable vehicle required for transporting tools and materials
  • Professional, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship

Work Environment

  • Hands-on physical work
  • Early morning starts
  • Travel across multiple store locations
  • Occasional Sunday work for painting or major shop upgrades
