Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager, located in Midrand.

The Retail Store Manager will report tonthe franchisee, business owner and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include managing staff,

maintaining customer satisfaction,

implementing store policies, driving sales,

managing inventory,

managing Trades and preventing loss.

The role requires close collaboration with team members to meet organizational objectives and deliver outstanding service to customers.

In depth training will be provided into this environment .

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience for all store visitors.
  • Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers, staff, and stakeholders professionally and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Store Management for operational efficiency, including sales tracking and team supervision.
  • Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to minimize risks and protect store assets effectively.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
  • Prior experience in retail, franchise operations, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Management, Retail, or ancillary disciplines are advantageous.
