Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Cape Town. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored vehicle recommendations. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring a high-quality sales experience, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on product knowledge. The role also involves maintaining customer records and collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or previous sales experience in a similar field is an advantage
  • Technical aptitude to stay updated with vehicle specifications and trends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
  • Valid driver's license
