to join their dynamic team. This role provides end-to-end IT support, systems administration, compliance coordination, and technical product assistance across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

In this diverse and hands-on role, you will:

  • Provide full IT support including AD administration, SAP setup/maintenance, O365, networks, backups, and device setup
  • Monitor and manage cybersecurity (Crowdstrike, CSIRT) and system health (Unify, ITGC)
  • Support printers, labellers, HSM/Craft units, and other specialised equipment
  • Maintain and manage demo-room equipment and technical resources
  • Oversee compliance applications (NRCS, ICASA, SITA) and anti-counterfeit product authentication
  • Handle spares orders, RMAs, claims, workshop interactions and vendor escalations
  • Support technical training for sales teams and provide product guidance where required
  • Ensure facilities are fully operational including lighting, outlets, air-conditioning, generators, and solar systems
  • Maintain a complete electronic technical library and ensure updated sales tools and documentation
  • Attend technical meetings, liaise with service providers, and support distributor relations
  • Ensure IT policies, procedures and infrastructure meet operational and security standards
  • Deliver last-level technical escalation support for South Africa

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in IT Support, Systems Administration or Technical Support
  • Strong knowledge of O365, SAP, Windows environments and network administration
  • Practical technical troubleshooting ability across hardware and specialised equipment
  • Valid driver's license
