About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Jewellery Administrator to join our team. This role is central to maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information across our internal systems and online store. You will be responsible for loading new products, updating pricing, descriptions, and images, and ensuring consistency across platforms.

A strong understanding of jewellery - including stones, carats, metals, and product classifications - will be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for improving processes and presentation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Capture and maintain product data on internal systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Upload new products with accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with inventory and marketing teams to ensure smooth product rollouts.
  • Identify and implement improvements in data management and online presentation.
  • Assist with categorisation and classification of jewellery items.

Requirements Include:

  • Strong computer literacy, especially in inventory and e-commerce systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and initiative.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Understanding of jewellery terminology and classifications is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Grade 12 or similar qualification.
  • Must reside in or around Vereeniging or be willing to relocate.
