We arelooking for a highly strategic and energetic Business to Business MarketingSpecialist. The successful individual is someone who can demonstrate strongsocial media marketing, events management, as well as, business writing andcopyright skills. In this role, you will support the execution of marketingcampaign administration, assist inwriting and editing proposals and bios, create marketing collateral for B2BExecutives and B2B administrators. Responsibilities:Assist in writing andediting proposals and bios.Create B2B event calendar.Conducting market research.Doing day -to -day administrative tasks.Reporting on research findings.Creating marketing collateral for B2B Executives and B2BadministratorsHelp with prospecting clients.Design an outreach, pitching, presentations, post -onboardingstrategy.Checking marketing activities of competitorsAnalyzing consumer behavior and collecting dataOrganize and support events, webcasts.Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, likepromotions and webinars.Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory,plan meetings, maintain databases and prepare sales andmarketing reports.Preparation and analysis of sales forecastsKeep project status up to date and key stakeholders in theloop on timing of deliverables.Collaborate with Sector and Industry marketers to executefirm -wide campaigns.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web trafficand rankings)Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, likeconversion ratesAssist with organizing promotional events.Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams tocreate advertising material (e.g. brochures andnewsletters)Supporting the marketing team.Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results ofpast campaigns.Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.Monitor competitors' marketing activities. RequirementsQualification in Marketing, Business, or related field2 -3 years of relevant marketing experienceStrong writing and editing skills.B2B experience in professional services preferred.Must be organized, proactive and a self -starter.Interest in growing marketing skills and capabilitiesStrong project management skillsStrong computer skills including knowledge of MicrosoftWord, Excel and PowerPoint
