About the Role

We're looking for
UGC-style Content Creators
who can produce short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that resonate with South Africans dreaming of breaking into tech.

You'll create relatable, educational, and engaging video content that inspires people to start their journey in tech.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, film, and publish
    2+ short-form videos per day
    (60+ per month)
  • Follow Zaio's content playbook (hooks, captions, and hashtags provided)
  • Participate in weekly creative strategy sessions
  • Incorporate trending sounds, relatable stories, and local culture
  • Showcase student success stories, Zaio bootcamps, and tech career insights

Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking confidently on camera
  • Smartphone with a good camera (iPhone or similar)
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Basic video editing (TikTok, CapCut, or Reels editor)
  • Passion for content creation, youth empowerment, and tech education
  • Consistent posting habit and commitment to deadlines

Bonus Points If You

  • Already have a small following or community
  • Have UGC or brand collaboration experience
  • Have studied or worked in tech before
