Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Agent to join a well-established company in the Civil Engineering sector, based in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards.


Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering7 to 8 years' relevant experience in the construction/civil engineering sectorProven experience across various types of projectsAbility to work independently and manage a project from inception to completionStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all site activities to ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standardsCoordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliersPrepare project reports, monitor progress, and manage budgets and resources effectivelyEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on siteTake ownership of projects, working independently to achieve successful outcomes
